Mr. Miller is Managing Director in the firm's Dallas office. Prior to joining Cogent Partners, Mr. Miller spent nine years in investment banking, the majority of the time with Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation), where he focused on raising equity and debt capital for public and private companies and advising on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Mr. Miller spent two years with Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Miller holds a BBA from Baylor University with a concentration in finance.
