Mr. Brougham is responsible for all aspects of client engagements and transaction execution, including preparation of engagement materials, valuation analysis, due diligence, structuring and marketing. Prior to joining Cogent, Mr. Brougham was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Dresdner Kleinwort where he worked across a range of sectors encompassing natural resources, healthcare, industrials and financial institutions.

Mr. Brougham holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Exeter College, Oxford University.
