Mr. Nick is responsible for all aspects of client engagements and transaction execution, including preparation of engagement materials, valuation analysis, due diligence, structuring and marketing. Prior to joining Cogent, Mr. Nick was an Associate in Investment Banking at Citigroup Global Markets, where he advised clients in the consumer, energy, media, and technology sectors on strategic and financing alternatives. Previously Mr. Nick was a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young LLP, where he performed business and intangible asset valuations for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, financial reporting, income tax planning, and litigation support.

Mr. Nick holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Baylor University.
