Mr. Ephraim is the Chief Financial Officer for Cogent Partners.  Mr. Ephraim was previously the CFO for a $400 million hedge fund.  He was responsible for compliance and all aspects of the fund’s accounting, taxation and administration.
 
Prior to this, Mr. Ephraim was the CFO for Tolleson Wealth Management and Tolleson Private Bank where he oversaw the accounting for the organization and various fund of funds and special purpose entities.  He also served as Controller for the firm’s New York based affiliated private equity fund.
 
Mr. Ephraim earned a MS in Accounting and a BS in Accounting from the University of North Texas.  Mr. Ephraim is a Certified Public Accountant.
