Mr. Standeven is Timberland Portfolio Manager for Cogent Partners. Mr. Standeven’s responsibilities include developing the timber investment strategy, including identifying potential properties, due diligence on potential acquisitions, structuring transactions, and managing investments. Rich has worked in the Forestry business for more than 25 years. Previously, Mr. Standeven was the General Operations Leader at Temple-Inland where he was responsible for improving overall per-acre cash performance of 1.6 million acre Forest through Acquisitions, Trades and Divestitures.

Mr. Standeven holds an MBA and MS in Forestry from Stephen F. Austin University and graduated with a BS in Forestry from the University of Missouri.
