Ms. Springett is responsible for the firm's Asian market strategy and engagement management. Prior to joining Cogent Partners, Ms. Springett served as an investment director at Coller Capital. Ms. Springett was the head of the Asian investment team for private equity secondary transaction deal flow, negotiation, analysis and due diligence.

Prior to Coller Capital, Ms. Springett was the private equity manager and corporate finance executive for Mitsubishi Corporation Finance and has also held investment banking and corporate finance positions serving European and Asian clients for Prudential, SBC and IBJ.

Ms. Springett earned a BA in communications from International Christian University and had an open scholarship to University of California, Berkeley, studying political science.
