The Valuation Report is an as-needed analysis which determines the value of a fund interest through projections for current underlying holdings and future unfunded commitments while fully reflecting the fund’s economic structure and current market underwriting rates. The analysis can be used for budgeting of future cash flows, establishing transfer values, buy-side support, and regulatory compliance.

The FAS 157 Report is an annual analysis which reviews a fund’s reported net asset value. The analysis makes adjustments for post-quarter cash flow activity and updates underlying holding values to reflect current market conditions.
